Up for Grabbing Someone?

I first saw this picture when I was kid. Well, you do know that kids sometimes are very easy too fool, sometimes, super skeptical. And I was a skeptical kid before and didn't believe this ghost picture at once. But as I grow old and still continue to see this picture, I thought for a moment.. is there a truth to this picture? Well, until now, I still not believe the picture 100%. But there is something in it that captivates everyone that until now, it's still very popular and indeed, this is one of the most popular paranormal pictures in the Philippines. So I thought I just might want to share it with you guys :)
